Individuals interested in becoming a member of Lambda Theta Alpha
Lambda Theta Alpha is committed to the growth and diversity of its sisterhood. For this reason, "Potential Candidates" of Lambda Theta Alpha was created to provide an opportunity for ladies to learn more about LTA and what it means to be a sister. The Sisters of Lambda Theta Alpha take pride in our potential candidate group, and dedicate time to its success and retention.
What does it mean to be an "Interested Member"?
​The interested member process is unique to our organization; we do not partake in traditional Rush Recruitment, allowing interested ladies more time to see if LTA is right for them.
One of the main goals of the interested member group is to create working and social relationships with sisters and fellow interested members. This allows you to get to know us as we get to know you!
In addition, this process was developed to allow ladies to enhance leadership skills, to create lasting friendships, and to empower them as woman in preparation towards sisterhood.
